Production of the line of strict quality control
We determine to make ourselves deeply dive in weaving part, and forward the other production processes to those who solely do one thing like us, including spinning, dyeing or finishing process. Our partners are innovator and leader in their field, enjoying a good reputation of high production capacity and diverse patented yarn or technology. They integrate all source in one field, to boost production capacity, reduce cost and improve R&D development, in which we benefit from and transfer to our customers. We launched joint development office in our spinning partner, together develop engineered yarn, and also joint office in dyeing factory in 2010 to jointly explore dyeing colors.
We believe stable and premium quality is important and necessary to earn customer loyalty. Thus a deeply-rooted care for quality is made on all integrated production stages, from yarn to finishing process. we have developed a rigorous and systematic quality control standards, to optimally guide on quality inspections. Apart from the Four Point American Standard of Inspections, we also use latest infrastructures to test checking yarn, color performance, and finishing performance.
