Alibaba manufacturer stealing exclusive molds. Not much leverage what to do?

Short answer: do not choose a manufacturer only because they say yes to everything. Ask for fabric swatches, previous production references, clear MOQ/lead time, and a sample process before you place a bulk order. A reliable factory should be able to explain what they can and cannot do.

If you contact a factory, send your fabric target, rough quantity, size breakdown, reference sample, and delivery expectation first. Clear inputs usually lead to a much more realistic answer.
